ProNeticas iPad Contest Official Rules and Regulations

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Some restrictions apply. One qualifier per website. You need not be present to win.

The sweepstakes: From 11/15/2010 through midnight 11/30/2010 PST, ProNeticas will promote, by means of our Power Platform and at the Free Demo Accounts the opportunity to submit entries to win a grand prize as detailed below. ProNeticas.com advertising may also be used to promote the sweepstakes beginning 11/15/2010 through 11/30/2010.

Eligibility: In order to submit entries, you must be 18 years of age, a legal resident of the United States of America, limit one entry per website. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for ProNeticas or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months in one calendar year.

How to enter:
  1. Signup for a free demo on ProNeticas (click here)
  2. Create ANY web design using our powerful OpenSoft program
  3. Setup at least three (3) web pages (use generic content)
  4. Create at least one (1) web form (using the pre-built forms)
  5. Submit your creation by 11/30/2010 to win (click here)

All sweepstakes entries become the property of ProNeticas and may be used by ProNeticas for any purpose and in any media in perpetuity.

How to win: The Grand Prize winner will be selected by a conditional voting process on 12/2/2010. In the event that the original Grand Prize winner does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she or parent or legal guardian forfeits the Grand Prize, ProNeticas will award prize to first alternate. Process will continue until Grand Prize is awarded.

Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to ProNeticas, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Each winner must provide ProNeticas with valid identification. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from a ProNeticas contest will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
