After Hours Voice Notification System
Although we tightly monitor our systems with remote notification programs some emergencies do arise. This is an after hours number that will allow you to leave a voicemail. The voicemail will page a group of people. Make sure you leave important details, like your domain name, your email address, your best phone to reach you on and the exact issue that you are experiencing. As long as the issue does not involve some random act of god, we will correct the issue immediately upon receipt of your voicemail.

Here are a few questions and answers for people that are not current ProNeticas customers.
  • Does ProNeticas work with Outlook, Blackberry, Thunderbird, or any POP3 Client?
    Yes, we work with any POP3 client. We also work with any SMTP client so that you can send email through most of the major programs. We also support IMAP, which means that anything you login to your email with that supports IMAP will see all the same folders. Most programs and handheld devices support the power of IMAP.

  • How much storage space do I get with my account for email, files, and backend data storage?
    We actually increase our storage everyday. As of January 2011, our base is 4 GB of space per email account in your plan. You also get 4 GB of web storage in your backend for file and data storage. We increase these limits all the time at no charge to you.
  • What makes ProNeticas different?
    That is a great question and we love answering it. Lots of companies build websites, but most are either design heavy or database heavy. We are right in the middle and very proud of that designs and programming accomplishments we have achieved.
